Preliminary Review
Once selected, we work with our clients to assess the overall organization by reviewing the companies people, process and product through an application process and by having assessments completed by the leadership staff.

In Person Audit
Once the preliminary review is complete, a personalized 3 day audit is conducted onsite to visit jobsites, interview staff, give real time feedback, and make recommendations to clients on how to reduce friction and improve profitability.

SWOT Report
Within one week of completing the in-person audit, a 15+ page SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) report is delivered to give immediate recommendations as well as 3/6/12 month strategies on how to tune-up your business for maximum efficiency in order to build a truly self-managed company.
